Should I put every job on my CV?

No, you do not need to put every job on your CV (also commonly called a resume). Your CV is an overview of your most relevant experience and skills, not a complete list of your work history.

You should only highlight the most relevant and most recent positions you have held, leaving off any roles that don’t improve your chances of being hired. For example, any jobs you held in the past that are unrelated to your current career path (like a customer service job you had at the local newsagency during university) need not be included on your CV.
