How do you end a CV?

We recommend that you end your CV (also commonly called a resume) with the information that is least important to the employer.

For most job seekers, that is their references, which most employers and hiring managers will ask for if they are impressed by you during an interview.

It is common to have volunteer activity, conferences attended, publications and, relevant interests at the end of your CV, as they are not as important as your professional work history, skills and education.
