What font size should a CV be?

A CV (also commonly called a resume) should be a font sized between 10 to 12 as this will make the information in your resume clear and easy for an employer to read.

Some fonts look small at font size 10 (like Garamond) and big at size 12 (like Merriweather). As you write your CV, you will need to try different fonts and sizes to see what works best.

We recommend that you print out your CV before sending or uploading it. If it is easy to read and looks professional, then you are good to go.
