Yes, Google Docs does have a CV (also commonly called a resume) template that you can either edit online or download in Microsoft Word. In fact, Google Docs has several CV templates that are better than trying to create your own.
Please remember that if you do submit an application using Google Docs, you need to adjust your sharing settings to “anyone with the link can view this document” so that the hiring manager can access your CV. Many candidates forget to do this and miss out on the role due to this simple administration error. Hiring managers and recruiters often won’t have time to follow you up and let you know there was an issue, so you never hear from them.
It is much safer to use RecruitableHub resume templates, which are stored in your personal dashboard and can be easily and instantly downloaded with all formatting perfectly intact into a word or pdf document. A much safer bet!
