Should I upload my resume as a PDF or Doc?

You should upload your resume as a PDF if you want your resume to be easily read and consistently formatted on any device.

You should upload your resume as a Doc if you’re applying to a large company and they specifically ask you to, because they often use applicant tracking system (ATS) software. Microsoft Word documents are easier for ATS software to scan, so you are more likely to get through to the next stage.
